Appeals court: Michigan's no-fault overhaul does not apply to previous crash survivors
The Michigan Court of Appeals has confirmed that those injured in an auto accident before Michigan's No-Fault Law was changed in 2019 still have access to the unlimited healthcare benefits that were available before the change.
